Pat Gavin Kitchens have been using Empower Job Scheduling and Time Tracking since May 2005.  "We are a kitchen manufacturer – with one factory in Whangarei that feeds kitchens to both Auckland and Whangarei.  And we employ a team of our own installers. In May 2005 we put in ‘Empower - Time Tracking’ and ‘Empower - Job Scheduling’.

When we purchased Empower we already had what we thought were good systems and good reporting.  And we thought that Empower would bring us only incremental gains.  The gains that we have got out of Empower have shocked us – they are substantially greater than we expected. 

Solely due to the Empower system we have reduced our factory staff number from 23 down to 15 - and have maintained the same level of output weekly.

And we are getting more out of the Empower system every day we use it.                    

8 less factory staff has reduced our wage cost by approximately $240,000 per year.
